  3. Hello Lilly! I don't know if you'll even see this bc im like 2 months late but I was actually wondering something about this workout. For the 3rd last exercise where it's the reverse crunch, I'm finding that when I lower my legs after doing the reverse crunch, I feel a cracking in my leg. I'm not sure if it's just me or if there's something wrong with my legs but hopefully, you have some advice for me to still do the exercise but not feel the cracking if you've felt it before. Thank you so much<3

    Start Date: October 5th, 2020 💜 End Date: October 19th, 2020 💚
    Day One – Completed ✔️: DYING, TIRED, and EXHAUSTED! my butt was killing me!
    Day Two – Completed ✔️: Sore from yesterdays butt workout, but I was okay
    Day Three – Completed ✔️: STILL sore from Mondays butt workout but today I felt awesome!!
    Day Four – Completed ✔️: I WAS DYING but I did better than Monday!
    Day Five – Completed/Active Rest Day ✔️: Today was an active rest day, but I didn’t technically rest because I had to do athletics at school, and I also walked 10k steps.
    Day Six – Completed ✔️: Did it with my little brother!
    Day Seven – Rest Day ✔️: My body was so sore, I could barely even bend over. I decided today would be my ACTUAL rest day even though I still managed to get 10k steps in lol.
    Day Eight – Completed ✔️: Today I was really tired, but, I still managed to work out. I felt much better after.

    meassure before:
    waist: 70cm (27 inches)
    meassure after:
    waist: 66cm (25 inches)
    sooo my abs are way more toned, and i have the 11 line. and i can see that my waist is thinner. i really liked this workout, and i defeneally recomend!
    ps: i did this workout and the "flat stomach in 1 week, by lilly" for ten days. and i also drank 2,500ml of water peer day, that really helped.
