This 3 weeks lean arms challenge is great for building some upper body strength and at the same time help to tone your arms. Combine this exercise with other workouts in the program to help to lose fat.

Please note that we can’t target fat loss so if you lose fat overall, you’ll most likely lose some arm fat as well so definitely encourage you to try other workouts in the calendar.
